Who translates my document(s)?
We work with vetted, qualified, and capable language professionals from all around the world. Our project managers work diligently with our language professionals to ensure quality delivery every time.
We select, monitor, and measure the performance of all our language professionals for the continued success of our customer’s translations.
Why are you asking me for spelling of names and locations?
The clarity of text and visibility of the letters or numbers on your document(s) might be difficult to read or slightly illegible.
Also, when working with languages utilizing non-Latin scripts, we transliterate names and locations.
There might be multiple correct ways of spelling someone’s name or location, however, we want to use the one that is already present in your other documents, such as a passport.
Please utilize the “Names & Locations in the Document(s)” field on the order page to help us ensure that everything is correct.
Do you offer Certified Translation?
Yes! We offer the options of including a digital Certificate of Accurate Translation for a $20 fee, or a Notarized Certificate for $25.
Why would I need Certified Translation?
Most governing bodies require a Certified Translation of official documents.
Authenticates a qualified, vetted translator worked on your documents.
Certified Translation is a legal record, and we will testify to its accuracy in court, if necessary.
Will USCIS accept my translated document(s)?
All the documents we produce are accepted by U.S. federal or state agencies – including USCIS.
